Our office is located in the previous school building for Balestier Hill Primary School, now fully renovated and revamped for the Information Technology Division of the Ministry of Education.

The MOE Heritage Centre is also located within our grounds and is a nostalgic reminder of how Singapore’s education story has evolved over the years.

As ESTL, we feel honoured and privileged to play a part in shaping the future of Singapore’s education.
